Information is handled professionally and disclosed only as permitted or required by law, client authorization, employer requirements, court order, or applicable program regulations. DOT drug and alcohol testing information is handled in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40. We are committed to maintaining accurate, reliable, and professional service across all services we provide. 

 

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for selected services to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to appear for your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
